Keith Lapuyade, in partnership with the law firm, Evans Case Jacobs Bounds Lapuyade, LLP

focuses his practice in the areas of Estate, Trust, Fiduciary Liability, and Probate Litigation, Professional Liability Litigation, Risk Assessment Management, Personal Representation of Professionals Involved in Litigation, General Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith, Arbitration and Mediation.

He is recognized by Denver's 5280 Magazine as a Colorado Top Lawyer, and listed as a Colorado Super Lawyer. He has also been recognized for many years by the prestigious Best Lawyers in America. Keith has extensive litigation experience in State and Federal courts, as well as with arbitration and mediation. Keith was recently selected to be a member of the Colorado Bar Foundation Board of Trustees.

Keith is a frequent lecturer in for-credit continuing legal education and private seminars on issues relating to litigation, estate litigation, insurance coverage, risk assessment, and the role of personal counsel in litigation. He provides consultation in risk management, strategic business planning, and asset protection.

He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Oklahoma, United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
